is an outpatient physical therapy clinic.
We have a strong background in outpatient orthopedics and sports. We are very comfortable working with post-op orthopedic surgeries and Jeff Eckert is board certified as a Sports Certified Specialist (SCS). He and his team have provided sports rehab and sideline coverage at Elko and Spring Creek High Schools since 2011. We are a rural clinic and we enjoy treating many diagnosis types from the youngest of pediatric patients to various conditions common to the geriatric population. Jeff is also a certified worker’s compensation health care provider and our office has provided industrial and occupational rehab for many years.
Physical Therapist, Owner
Jeffrey Eckert is a physical therapist and owner of Full Range Physical Therapy in Elko, Nevada. He is a graduate from the University of Utah’s Physical Therapy Class of 2007. Jeff has a particular interest in orthopedic and sports physical therapy and he is board certified as a Sports Certified Specialist (SCS). He provides sports medicine coverage to student athletes on the sidelines at Elko High School and provides the Elko area with home health services as well. Jeff is also a Certfied Worker’s Compensation Healthcare Provider (CWcHP) and enjoys providing industrial physical therapy services to the working community. Jeff is an all-around sports enthusiast with a passion for road cycling. He rides and races locally and participates in area bicycle club activities in addition to being a board member with the Elko Senior Olympic Games. You might also find him on area golf courses trying to lower his handicap. Jeff is excited to be a member of the Full Range Physical Therapy team and strives to serve Elko well in providing the best in physical therapy care.
Sarah graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of the Pacific in 2013 and has been in Elko, NV ever since. She is a native Nevadan and grew up in Sparks, NV where she attended Reed High School and the University of Nevada, Reno where she got her degree in Public Health. Sarah specializes in orthopedics and manual techniques and is taking classes through Great Lakes Seminars and is hoping to receive her CIMT after completing the necessary courses and testing. In her spare time she spends time with her husband and dog Bonnie as well as running and strength training. She has participated in numerous races including multiple half marathons.
Duncan Secor graduated with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Jamestown in Fargo, ND in 2017. Duncan comes to Nevada from the state of Minnesota where he was born and raised. Duncan has always been interested in moving to the western United States, and is very excited to be joining the Elko community. He grew up participating in athletics, from the age of five until he graduated college. One of the reasons Duncan was drawn to Elko was the opportunities for outdoor activities; such as running, hiking, cycling, and skiing. Duncan enjoys endurance activities and has participated in multiple marathons and triathlons. Duncan has a passion for sports physical therapy and provides sports medicine coverage to student athletes on the sideline at Spring Creek High School. Additionally, he provides the Elko area with home health services. Duncan also enjoys orthopedic physical therapy and is skilled in using manual techniques to address spine, knee, ankle, and foot dysfunctions. In his spare time Duncan enjoys running, hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing, reading, photography, and cooking.
